SICS Students Impress at 2017 AIC Model Congress

Are there future politicians walking the halls of the SABIS® International Charter School in Springfield, Massachusetts? Several students in this SABIS® Network school have shown they are well on their way to a possible career in politics!

The SICS Model Congress team recently competed in the American International College Model Congress event, which has taken place annually since 1940.   Model Congress gives students the opportunity to experience to craft bills and constitutional amendments based on global current events. Students actively move their legislation forward through committees to a full vote.

SICS students earned 5 of the 11 awards given at the 2017 American International College (AIC) Model Congress.
